Panels and Ad hoc committees would be covered by Governors on an ad-hoc basis, depending upon eligibility and availability, with a minimum of three Governors:

Instrument of Government

• This document is reviewed on a yearly basis and this came into effect on 7 June 2017 and no changes have been made since that date.  The Instrument of Government was last ratified at the AGM in October 2024.
